He not only helps people to improve their English, but also encourages and inspires them. In this movie, he said, “no matter what you do, you’ve gotten do it crazily … crazy means 100% involvement”. This is called Crazy Spirit, which is enormously impressing to me. Thanks for sharing. By the way, very long time no see, hope you are all doing well.

After watching this vidio, I looked through Li Yang’s blog. It’s hard to say what kind of person he is.

Thanks for the comment. I have observed Li Yang’s performances in many occasions, his teaching methodology is unorthodox but very effective in the sense that it takes into account the affective factors of second language learning, it also ticks most of the boxes in MacIntyre et al.’s 1998 “willingness to communicate” model.
