本周一的口语沙龙节目中，一位参与者提出“如何提高口语流利程度”的问题。其实不仅仅是本周一，每周的节目中都会有英语学习者提出相同的问题。

• He is a certified professional language teacher with a Master Degree in Education (MEd).
• He has developed training skills by means of bridging cultural gaps to meet the needs of language learners with different backgrounds.
• He worked as a collegial expert at Graduate School, Academy of Social Sciences of China, from September 2001 to July 2004.
• He taught in various language centers and colleges across Beijing.
• He is now working at BeiwaiOnline as a Resource Developer as well as English Tutor.
