Dear Kevin, 本站的视频都是我上传到 56.Com 的，具体的播放速度取决于 56.Com 的运行状态和你本地的网速。我这里是江苏网通 1M ADSL，播放很流畅。下面的信息摘自 56.Com说不定对你有用：
如果您在播放视频的过程中发现视频无法打开，信息提示栏提示“视频正在载入中”，或者“视频载入失败”，请关闭浏览器后重新打开一次。如果还是无法载入视频，请清除浏览器的缓存后再次打开播放。 具体清除缓存方法：以IE浏览器为例，选择菜单栏 工具>Internet选项>删除文件，然后选中删除所有脱机内容，点确定即可。
此外，你不妨避开上网高峰期观看讲座，缓冲速率会快很多。
基本上，本地网速升级是根本性的解决办法

Kevin, you might want to change the order of “probably” and “is” so as to sound more lucid
